Created comprehensive brand guidelines to unify the city’s visual identity and communications, ensuring consistency across all campaigns and materials.

Serotonin worked with the city to produce an impactful multimedia campaign that included 11 short-form videos, a long-form documentary, social media content, and a dedicated website. 
 
The campaign highlighted the human stories behind the Camp2Home initiative and showcased Modesto’s innovative approach to addressing homelessness.
